about the show
I came up with the title My Only Friends because sometimes it truly feels like the cast of Friends are the only people I relate to or want to be around when my mental health gets bad or after a long day working in customer service (haha) I have to hear their voices as I fall asleep to stop the ruminating thoughts. This podcast is for an open discussion about mental health and bringing awareness to old and new shows/entertainment and making people feel less alone
